Renov8 Home Improvements were called upon to design and build a bespoke Conservatory and decking for one of our previous customers who were delighted with our performance.
The Conservatory would feature some tricky angles and bespoke roof design of which hadn’t been carried out before.
With our estimate agreed and CAD drawings provided we were instructed to proceed with the works in anticipation for some summer sunshine!
The footings were dug out using mini diggers and concrete laid we are then ready for all the necessary block work and brick work to bring the structure of the Conservatory together. The brickwork and blockwork was constructed in house with minimal sub contractor involvement,
The Conservatory walls were constructed with a cavity wall construction incorporating 50mm insulation, the same standard expected for new build housing as well as a insulated floor incorporating underfloor heating ensuring that this bespoke Conservatory is usable all year round.
The rear of the bespoke Conservatory measures 8.3 metres and the front is 5.3 metres with tapered wings as well as a traditional Edwardian style Glass Roof as well as a flat roof to accommodate a traditional lead covering.
The works were completed within the 4 week schedule leaving our customer ready for the summer!
